Dead Pixel Simulator

This should show up as Dead Pixel Simulator in the Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC).

The program should not be visible from the Task Bar, and should display the dead (hot) pixel ontop of every other program (except maybe games).

I'm not responsible or liable to any damages or anything else caused by downloading or running this software (It's not designed to do anything weird or malicious, but legally I gotta cover my butt).
